Shipping times

We process and ship orders during our daily business hours (Monday to Friday except holidays) from 9 am to 6 pm. All shipments are managed through our partners DPD or Omniva and will be shipped within 21 days after receiving payment.

Estimated shipping times:
Deliveries in the European Union: 4-7 business days.
Deliveries to other countries: 7-21 business days, depending on customs procedures.
Please note that we do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays. Deliveries may require a signature on delivery, consequently it is not possible to ship to PO Box Addresses.


Shipping costs

The shipping costs depend on the delivery address and will appear in the shopping cart before making payment. Customs or handling charges that may be levied at the final destination are beyond our control and we are unable to accept any responsibility for them.


Tracking an order

As soon as we have sent your order, you will receive an email informing you of the tracking number and the link to track your package.


Missing or damaged items

Please report any damaged or missing items to info@cuuthouse.com within 7 days of delivery.


Returns (European Union)

Unused products may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund without the original shipping cost. To exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal, you must not use the ordered goods in any way other than that which is necessary to ensure the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods in the same way as you would be allowed to test the goods in an actual store.

To return an item(s) make sure that your order qualifies for return and email us info@cuuthouse.com or use contact form. Wait for our response and confirmation. We will answer in 48 hours.

There will be a restocking fee of 30€ applied to returned products that were ordered and delivered.

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will credit your original method of payment excluding the restocking fee. Please note refunds may take 14 days to process and show up on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. 


Returns (non-EU)

Our product(s) are large item(s) and we can not accept returns outside European Union.
